Step 1 – Each packet contains a base matt and two matts with windows, all are acid free.

Step 2 – Place small amounts of Tacky Glue on the back of the top matt ( the one with the larger opening) and glue it to the middle matt.

Step 3 – Place the glued matts onto the base board, do not glue them to base board, this will help you position your project, then glue your project in place.

Step 4 – Take off the top matts and turn over. Place strips of double sided tape all around window opening. Cut a piece of window plastic to the size shown, not all the way to the edge.

Step 5 – Cut foam strips to size and glue down with small amounts of Tacky Glue, as shown. Repeat till all four sides are completed. Use craft knife to cut strips.

Step 6 – Leave to dry for at least 15 minutes.

Step 7 – Place small amounts of Tacky Glue all around on the foam strips and glue down onto base matt with project.

Step 8 – To finish your project, use double sided tape and stick ribbon to foam.
