Step 1-  Using tacky glue, glue together the 2 matts with open windows, apply double sided tape around window and stick window plastic to the back of these.
Step 2-Glue the foam core strips to the back of the mattboards.
Step 3- Silicone or glue your 3D picture to the backboard, dont forget to centre it. Then just glue down the top with the mattboards to the base board. You can add ribbon around your project using double sided tape. Put two together so it looks like an open book.
